The Spathiphyllum is also commonly known as the Peace Lily. Well known for their air-purifying abilities and so it’s common to see these humidity-loving plants in our climate in Sunny (humid & hot) Singapore. They really steal the show with their striking white flowers which are actually a specialised leaf bract that grows to protect the plant’s pollen-carrying goods. The white tip with the waxy dark green leaves makes for a really beautiful addition to a room.
Planted in: Gold Ceramic Pot
Light requirement: Bright and well-ventilated area. Keep away from direct sunlight.
Water requirement: Typically 2 times a week thoroughly. Allow top inch of soil to dry out before next watering.
