Azaleas 杜鹃花 are very popular flowering plants during the Chinese New Year season. Their red/pink flowers symbolizes harmony, smoothness of flow in life. They are also auspicious colors for the Chinese New Year.

Planted in a plastic grower’s pot

Light requirement: Bright and well-ventilated area. Keep away from direct afternoon sun.
Water requirement: Daily in direct sunlight. Allow top inch of soil to dry out before next watering.
